What "Dice" means here
It is a change of symbols, not a dice game. You do not roll anything. The reels spin as usual, but the symbols are drawn as dice faces. Dice-themed slots are mostly aimed at markets where casinos traditionally offer dice games, and Belgium is the best-known example.
So if you know the original Gates of Olympus, you already know how this one plays. Same grid, same scatter rule, same free spins.
Differences you might notice
- Readability. Dice with pips are easier to count at a glance than similar-coloured gems. Some players find tumbles easier to follow.
- Look and feel. Cleaner, more minimal design with less of the temple scenery.
- Maths. No known difference. Orbs 2x–500x, 15 free spins from 4+ scatters, 5,000x max win.
Not the same as "1000 Dice". There is also a Gates of Olympus 1000 Dice, based on the 1000 with 1,000x multipliers. It is offered in fewer markets and has no public demo we could verify, so we do not cover it here.

Should you bother?
If the dice look appeals to you, yes, it is a straight copy of a well-liked game. If not, the original is easier to find at most casinos. Either way, the demo costs nothing, so spin both and see which one you read faster.
A quick side-by-side test
If you want to know whether the dice version suits you, run a short test. Open this demo and the original demo in two tabs and set the same stake in both. Play 100 spins in each and watch one thing: how fast you can tell which symbols are about to win after a tumble.
Some players find the pips on the dice quicker to count, especially on a phone screen. Others miss the colour coding of the gems. Neither changes your odds, since the maths is the same, but reading the board easily makes a session less tiring. Pick the one that feels calmer to watch.
